SOS Humanity and SOS Mediterranee (the alliance to which SOS Humanity belonged as SOS Mediterranee Germany until the end of 2021) have been honoured with numerous awards over the years – including the Right Livelihood Award, the UNESCO-Felix Houphouët-Boigny Peace Prize and the Annemarie- Renger-Prize. In addition, Klaus Vogel, founder of SOS Humanity, received the Federal Cross of Merit on Ribbon for his commitment. We are grateful for these honours, which encourage us in our work!
