On 16 February, as a part of the Hand in Hand initiative, we will be in Berlin, coming together for democracy, social justice, and the protection of human rights under the motto “Courageous. Compassionate. Connected.”

We stand together against marginalisation, hatred, and hate speech – for a society that leaves no one behind! As a search and rescue organisation, we know that humanity knows no borders. While the thousands of deaths in the Mediterranean are politically tolerated, we stand for solidarity and rescue instead of isolation.
