Always wanted to come aboard a search and rescue ship? On 21 September at 6pm, you have the opportunity to take part in a live online tour of our rescue ship Humanity 1 as part of our Open Ship event. Even without being in Siracusa.

Our captain and other crew members will accompany you from the top deck and the bridge, through the board clinic and the shelter for women and children, to the galley and the main deck. You will learn about the tasks of the different crew members during a search and rescue operation. Afterwards, the Managing Director and Head of Operations Till Rummenhohl will be available live to answer questions. Take the chance and get a deep insight into the life-saving work on board.
