Festival season in our anniversary year – Our summer events on land

Summer is the peak season for volunteers at SOS Humanity! As every year, local supporters are once again represented at numerous events throughout Germany. They create cool activities such as tin can throwing or hands-on activities, and provide information about the work of the organisation.
Their strong commitment shows the level of civil society support for search and rescue. We are many and we will remain many!
10 years of Search & Rescue – 10 years #OnCourseForSolidarity
On this page you will find an overview of the festivals and concerts where you can meet us this year.

Festivals
Festivals have increasingly become platforms for civic engagement in recent years. They offer space not only for music, but also for political education and solidarity.
We are present with information booths, give talks, collect donations and connect with supporters. Thanks to their wide reach and the emotional connection with the audience, festivals draw attention to humanitarian issues and offer low-threshold access to active engagement!
You can meet us at these festivals in 2025:
- Stadt ohne Meer (Giessen), 14 June
- Fusion (Lärz), 25–29 June
- Splash (Ferropolis), 3–5 July
- Habitat (Hamburg), 19–20 July
